What the extension stores

Your selected leagues, team names, rosters, scoring settings, platform account IDs, and last sync times are stored in this Chrome profile. It also caches Sleeper’s public player directory. Data is available to anyone using this same Chrome profile.

Where data goes

The extension requests league information directly from ESPN and Sleeper. ESPN requests use your existing browser session. With your permission, the extension reads ESPN’s SWID account-identifier cookie to discover leagues and match your team ownership. The identifier is stored only in extension storage and excluded from website snapshots and exports. The extension never reads, saves, or uploads the ESPN session cookie (espn_s2) or your password. Sleeper uses a public username lookup.

When you open your connected teams on fantasyfieldhaus.com or www.fantasyfieldhaus.com, the extension shares league snapshots with that page for display. If you sign in and choose Save browser teams to account, the website saves a copy of the displayed league and roster data in your Fieldhouse account, hosted by Supabase. You can view this copy on other devices. Saving again replaces the copy; background extension refresh does not automatically update it. Normal website hosting logs are separate from the extension.

Your permissions

Storage saves your leagues. Alarms refresh them about every 30 minutes while Chrome is running. Fieldhouse site access connects the extension to the website. ESPN and Sleeper site permissions are requested only when you connect that platform. ESPN also requests Chrome’s cookie permission to read only the SWID account identifier. No browsing history, analytics, advertising identifiers, or unrelated page contents are collected by the extension.

Delete or disconnect

Choose Manage connections, then Details → Disconnect league to remove a saved league. Uninstalling the extension removes all extension storage. It does not delete your account copy: use Delete saved copy on My teams to remove it. Account copies are retained until deleted or the account is deleted. Exports you downloaded remain on your device. To revoke site access, use Chrome’s extension settings. Disconnecting does not sign you out of ESPN or Sleeper.

How information is used

Information is used only to connect and display fantasy leagues. The extension does not sell data, use it for advertising, change lineups, or submit transactions. Fieldhouse is not affiliated with ESPN or Sleeper.
